Data Collection

"Incident" requests and stores as little amount of your Slack data in order to provide the Services's functionality. We do not persist or process the content of your messages, except for those related to the "/incident" slash command. To learn what scopes we request, checkout the FAQ.

This site uses Google Analytics in order to track page views and uses Drift to help provide support. The site does nothing else to track additional data.

Transfer / Sale of Personal Data

We shall not sell, transfer or lease out your personal data to third parties.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Privacy policy or any portion thereof. Any changes will be effective from the time of publication of the new Privacy policy. Your use of the Website and Service after the changes have been implemented implicitly expresses your acknowledgement and acceptance of the new Privacy policy. Otherwise, and if the new Privacy policy does not suit you, you must no longer use the Services.
